Realtors Empowering All Communities with Honor
Built on Relationships,
Driven by Purpose
Our Mission
To empower and support multilingual REALTORS® through education, connection, and cultural collaboration—promoting representation, unity, and excellence across all language communities.
Our Vision
To be North Carolina's leading example of diversity and inclusion in real estate—where language is a bridge, every REALTOR® and family feels valued, and strong relationships shape a more connected industry.
Rooted in Ethics,
Guided by Duty
OLD CAR Duties — Loyalty & Reasonable Care
Loyalty — As NC brokers, we act in the best interest of our client above all else.
Reasonable Care — We bring the full weight of our skills and knowledge to every client relationship. If we cannot serve a client competently across cultural or language lines, our fiduciary duty requires us to refer out.
Article 10 — Equal Professional Services
REALTORS® shall not deny equal professional services to any person for reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Every client deserves the same standard of care—without exception.
Article 11 — Competence
REALTORS® shall not undertake to provide specialized professional services without the necessary competence. Cultural competency is not optional—it is part of what it means to be a competent professional. If you cannot explain it, refer it out.
WWREA — Working With Real Estate Agents Disclosure
North Carolina law requires agents to disclose their role and duties at first substantial contact. You cannot fulfill this obligation to a client who cannot understand you. Language access and cultural clarity are not courtesies—they are legal requirements.
