Affiliate of the Year
To recognize an Affiliate member who has made meaningful contributions to the Catawba Valley Association of REALTORS® and continues to support its mission, programs, and members. This award honors an individual who demonstrates exceptional commitment to the association, fosters strong relationships within the REALTOR® community, and positively impacts the communities we serve.

Outstanding Committee Chair Award
To recognize a committee chair who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and service in advancing the goals and objectives of their committee and the Catawba Valley Association of REALTORS®. This award honors an individual who inspires engagement, encourages collaboration, effectively leads committee initiatives, and contributes to the overall success and growth of the association.
