Thank you for your interest in the Catawba Valley Association of Realtors®. Our Association jurisdictional area is Catawba, Caldwell, Burke, and Alexander County.
Becoming a member of the Catawba Valley Association of Realtors is open to all licensed Brokers and Sales Associates throughout the state. Many of our members are also affiliated with the Charlotte Association of Realtors and the Burke County Association of Realtors. Affiliate Membership is also open to anyone, such as banks, attorneys, home inspection companies, etc. The Officers, Board of Directors, members and staff of the Association are dedicated to serving the needs of all of our members. We would welcome your membership in our growing professional trade association.

Membership in our local organization and NCAR & NAR carries benefits such as:
Downloadable web access to all pre-printed NC Bar Association approved forms for the listing, selling and leasing of both residential and commercial real estate.
Publications from both NCAR and NAR, with invaluable articles on this industry.
Discounts thru the Realtors Partners Program from nationally recognized organizations such as Nationwide Insurance, Office Depot, Cingular Wireless and Airborne Express to name a few.
Local Association Educational Scholarships
Educational Courses to earn Professional Designations such as the coveted GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative)
Annual Conventions in such places as San Francisco, Orlando on the national level and Asheville and Myrtle Beach on the state level.
Semi-Monthly membership meetings are a luncheon held on the second Wednesday every other month at Lake Hickory Country Club.
The annual Installation of Officers and Directors Banquet is held at the December Board Luncheon.
A variety of fund raising activities take place each year through the Realtors® Community Service Committee and our annual Golf for Charity. Thousands of dollars have been raised by each of these committees for local organizations such as Hospice of Catawba and Caldwell Counties and Habitat of Catawba and Caldwell Counties.
